• Master’s (M.Phil) / Psy.D / Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
• RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
• Strong domain knowledge in mental health and healthcare.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence patient care strategies.

• Conduct daily sessions for in-patients (IPD).
• Provide structured therapeutic activities to engage patients.
• Deliver outpatient services (OPD) with high standards of care.
• Supervise therapy teams, ensuring a patient-first approach through clinical guidance, mentorship, and case discussions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Implement clinical programs under the guidance of the Clinical Center Head and Psychiatry leadership.
• Participate in outreach and awareness activities such as workshops, seminars, and CMEs.
