I am a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, with a double Master's degree in Counselling from Xavier's Mumbai and University of Edinburgh respectively. As a licensed practitioner, I aim to create a safe space for people either consider therapy for the first time or navigating the process of finding a good space for themselves. My expertise lies in the Person-Centred and Psychodynamic modalities, through which I believe in moulding sessions while keeping my client's needs at the centre. I am work from a depth-oriented approach, so that people caan experience meaningful change and lasting emotional healing in their lives. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and have experience of working with population across different countries and cultures. I believe in a systemic and social-justuce lens of looking at issues to help people make sense of their identities and social situations. Alas, I believe that healing is not linear or the same for eveyone, and hence the space and relationship I create with my clients also caters to their individual needs.
