Prachi Tiwari Psychologist | Therapist |Counsellor and Mental Health Professional I’m Prachi Tiwari, a psychologist with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through therapy, crisis care, and emotional guidance. My work centers around creating safe, inclusive, and affirming spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. to continue deepening my understanding of mental health and human behaviour. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns — including anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I’ve also facilitated group counselling, conducted awareness programs, and provided 24x7 helpline support during critical times. My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and psychodynamic counselling. My approach is based on detailed case history of client and genuine psychometric analysis. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I practice Behavioural modification techniques (CBT, DBT and MBCT), Interpersonal Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, Family Therapy and Life coaching and life skills mentoring.
