Ms. Ashita Mathur is a clinical psychologist and mental health educator with over 19 years of experience helping individuals, families, and organizations build emotional resilience. As the founder of Mentis Mind Cure®, she integrates therapies like CBT, REBT, TEAM-CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Drill Therapy to guide clients through anxiety, trauma, phobias, and relationship challenges.

Began her career as a student counsellor at Canyon H.S. Sec. School, Bhopal, supporting adolescents’ emotional well-being. Later worked in Bangalore as a sensitivity trainer, behaviour therapist, and life skills trainer, conducting programs for Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation and psychological assessments for global firms like JLL.

Worked on Indo-US genetic studies in schizophrenia; conducted diagnostic interviews and neuropsychological assessments. Certified in Bio-Medical Research Ethics from the University of Pittsburgh. Trained parents of children with autism and intellectual disability and conducted training at Delhi Police Headquarters for women's helpline sensitization.
