Dr. Saroj Dubey began his career as a gastroenterologist and has worked extensively in treating a wide range of digestive health issues. With years of experience, he became a senior consultant at Kailash Hospital, Noida.

Dr. Dubey authored the book *Rx for Resilience*, in which he shares his perspective on embracing the present, overcoming challenges, and discovering joy and strength through mindfulness practices.
