Karishma Mehra leads the centre *Happiness Quotient* in New Delhi—where psychology meets education to unlock inner potential. With an MBA and a Master’s in Psychology, she is certified in CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, NLP, Mental Space Psychology, and practices graphology.
Actively associated with reputed Delhi‑based schools including Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Step By Step School and DPS RK Puram, as well as leading hospitals, she offers workshops, guest‑faculty sessions and therapy to promote mindfulness, self‑awareness and emotional resilience.
As the Director of the Delhi Cube Association, she also uses Rubik’s Cubes as engaging developmental tools. Her core belief: The Problem is the Problem; the Person is Not the Problem.
