2004

School Graduation

Graduated from D.A.V. Bina Project after a vibrant school life immersed in arts, sports, and leadership. Rashmi was an all-rounder who carried curiosity and creativity with her from an early age.

2008

Civil Engineering & First Job

Completed her Civil Engineering from BD College of Engineering, Wardha. This marked the start of her professional life, soon followed by experiences across Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune.

2015

Beginning the Journey as Life Coach

Started freelancing as a Life Coach, conducting workshops and motivational sessions across India for students and professionals, impacting thousands of lives through transformative coaching and emotional intelligence.

2017

Mukty Mission Takes Shape

Founded Mukty Mission, a social initiative to promote mental health, menstrual awareness, and life skills, especially among women. The trust officially registered in 2018 has touched over 7000 lives so far.

2019

TEDx, NLP & REX Karamveer Award

Spoke at TEDx Hirapur and received the REX Karamveer Award for her social contribution. Also became an NLP-certified practitioner to deepen her coaching impact.

2020

Leadership Roles in WICCI & LOANI

Served as State President in WICCI and LOANI, continuing her advocacy for mental wellness, women's empowerment, and holistic development through leadership platforms.
